CGHS publishes one dental rate list, but reimburses facilities at two levels against it. A NABH accredited facility is paid the full published rate. A non-NABH facility is reimbursed approximately 15% lower. CGHS uses NABH as its own quality benchmark – the accreditation is the reason for the higher tier.

Dental Quest is AERB registered. It is a reasonable question to put to any clinic that is about to take an X-ray of your jaw – and a clinic that cannot answer it is telling you something.
Being straightforward: NABH is a floor, not a ceiling. It certifies that safety systems, documentation and processes meet a national standard. It does not measure how a particular treatment will turn out, and it is not a substitute for reading patient reviews or asking about a specific dentist’s experience with your specific procedure.
