Clear & Invisible Aligners in Dwarka

Invisible aligners represent a revolutionary leap in orthodontic dentistry, allowing you to achieve perfectly aligned teeth without the aesthetic disruption of traditional metal braces. Using a series of clear, medical-grade thermoplastic trays, aligners gently and gradually guide your teeth into their correct positions.

At Dental Quest, our orthodontists combine advanced 3D intraoral scanning with state-of-the-art simulation software. We model your entire treatment path digitally, showing you your expected final smile before the first set of aligner trays is even manufactured. Removable, comfortable, and virtually invisible, aligners blend seamlessly into your professional and social life.

What are clear aligners?

Clear aligners are transparent, removable trays used to straighten teeth without metal braces.

How do aligners work?

They gradually move teeth into the desired position using a series of custom-made trays.

How long does treatment take?

Most aligner treatments take between 6 and 18 months, depending on the case.

How long should I wear my aligners each day?

For best results, aligners should be worn for 20–22 hours daily.

Can I eat while wearing aligners?
No. Aligners should be removed before eating or drinking anything other than water.
Are aligners painful?

You may feel mild pressure when switching to a new aligner, but it usually subsides within a few days.

Are aligners noticeable?

No. Clear aligners are virtually invisible, making them a discreet orthodontic treatment option.

CGHS cover and honest comparisons

The questions patients ask us most that are not covered above.

Are clear aligners covered under CGHS?

Clear aligners are not on the CGHS dental schedule, so they are not covered. Conventional orthodontics is covered – both fixed and removable appliances appear on the CGHS schedule. For CGHS beneficiaries, braces are therefore the covered route to the same tooth movement.

Should I choose clear aligners or braces?

Neither is universally better. Aligners are removable, nearly invisible and easier to clean around, which suits working adults. Fixed braces handle severe crowding, large rotations and complex bite corrections more predictably, are CGHS-covered, and do not depend on you remembering to wear them. We will tell you honestly which suits your case.

Can clear aligners fix every alignment problem?

No. Aligners handle crowding, spacing, mild to moderate bite issues and relapse after previous braces well. Severe skeletal bite discrepancies, teeth needing large vertical movement, and cases requiring extractions with significant space closure are usually better treated with fixed braces. We assess suitability at the consultation rather than fitting every case to aligners.

Will I need retainers after aligner treatment?

Yes, and this matters more than most patients expect. Teeth drift back towards their original position without retention, so retainers are worn nightly on a long-term basis. We discuss retention upfront, at the planning stage, rather than raising it at the end of treatment.
